London vs. Windsor
In a hard fought, grind it out game, the Windsor Express came away with anther narrow victory over the London Lighting. The Express won 104-100 in the third match-up of the season between the two rivals. Like the previous two games between these Central Division power houses, the game came down to final minute and was decided by less than 5 points for the third straight time.Foul trouble and poor shooting plagued both squads as a total of 66 fouls were called (34 for the Lightning and 32 for the Express), while both teams shot under 43% from the field. A back and forth game that saw double digit lead changes and multiple runs by both teams. Windsor took advantage of London's depth and height issues to help grind out the win.
The Express was led by 6'8 big man DeAndre Thomas who had 26 point, 5 rebound game while shooting 58% from the field on 10-17 shots. Quinnel Brown also had a big game with 25 points and 9 rebounds, and also led his team with 4 assists. Kevin Loiselle and Chris Commons also added 15 and 13 points respectively.
On the other side, London was lead by Al Stuart who shot a blistering 63% on 7-11 shooting and ended up with 20 points to go along with 4 rebounds and 4 assists. Emmanuel Little also had a solid all around game as he posted 18 points, and lead his team in both rebounds and assists with 7 and 6 in those categories. The Lighting bench had a scoring boost from John Hart who paced the second unit with 17 points.
The Windsor Express move to 5-1 on the season while the London Lightning fall to 5-3.
Saint John vs. Island

In a great team effort, three Storm players would score over 20 points and 4 would score in double digits. It was a very balanced game as every player for The Storm played over 10 minutes and, with the exception of Famutimi, all players would score for the road team.
Despite a game high 34 points from Anthony Anderson, the Mill Rats were never really in the game. For the Mill Rats, Eric Crookshank would add a double-double with 10 points and 11 rebounds. Also scoring for the St. John quad was Kenny Jones who had 16 points despite shooting struggles. St. John was without starting point guard Aquille Carr who was serving a one game suspension and is also back home in Baltimore on team leave for personal reasons.
Brandon Robinson would once again lead his squad in rebounding, scoring and passing, with a team high numbers of 25 points (including shooting 5-9 from beyond the three-point line), while also getting the double-double with 11 rebounds and 7 assists. Point guard Sammy Zeglinski and forward Louis Birdsong Jr. would post 23 and 25 points respectfully to round out the scoring for The Storm.
Both the St. John Mill Rats and the Island Storm sit tied for second in the Atlantic Division with 3-4 records.
Moncton at Halifax
Tyrone Watson would have his best game for the Rainmen, posting 22 points and 11 rebounds for the double-double. Seiya Ando and Mike Martin would each pour in 19 points a piece. Point guard Clifford Clinkscales would also post a double-double with 10 points and a game high 10 assists, adding to his already league leading assists total.
Moncton continued to get solid play from center Stanley Robinson who had another double-double with 15 points and a game high 12 rebounds. Tramar Sutherland would lead the way with 16 points on 7-11 shooting and hitting 2 three-pointers. Rounding out the scorers for the Miracles was Troy Brewer with 14 points.
Halifax now takes control atop the Atlantic Division with a 3-2 record while Moncton falls to an Atlantic Division and league worst 1-4 record.
