Gameday -- January 5, 2016

Niagara 92-91 Windsor

The Niagara River Lions snuck away with a victory against the Windsor Express Tuesday at the Merdian Centre. After losing their last match-up, the River Lions managed a one point victory over the Central Division leaders.

After a back and forth first half that saw neither squad take control of the game, the Windsor Express would go up by as much as 10 points over the third and fourth frame. Unfortunately for the Express, they were unable to hold onto their lead, as the River Lions would ride Marcus Lewis in the closing minutes to get the one point victory with under a minute to go.

The victory puts the River Lions at 2-3 on the year, while the Windsor Express fall to 3-3 on the young season.

Windsor was led by Maurice Bolden's 23 points and 7 rebounds. Once again, Logan Stutz led his team in scoring with a game-high 24 points and a game-high 19 rebounds.
