Halifax 102-95 Moncton

The Halifax Hurricanes returned to winning ways on Thursday, taking down the Moncton Miracles 102-95 at Moncton Coliseum.

Halifax, who fell to the Windsor Express on Sunday, came out with an impressive 28-25 advantage after the first quarter.

The Miracles kept pace with the league-leading Hurricanes for much of the game -- even taking a 61-56 lead in the third quarter.

Thursday's win brings Halifax's regular season record against Moncton to a staggering 10-1.

No stats were made available after Thursday's game.

Moncton will continue a back-to-back-to-back stretch of games on Friday in Saint John. Halifax will take on a potential playoff opponent in the Island Storm on Friday in Charlottetown.
